1. All entrants must email or fax a copy of your entry form whether you are mail-in/or walk-in
with the original forms to be sent or brought with the fish. All entries must be on a Entry Form.
2. Any fish arriving that are not
pre-registered will be returned to the sender.
3. Each Exhibitor is limited to 60 fish entries and is not to exceed 70
total fish.
4. Entry Fees are $2.00 per single entry and $3.00 per pair entry.
5. When registering pairs please list each fish individually
on your entry form.
Mail-in Entries Must be received by 5:00
PM Eastern Time Wednesday, June 23, 2010. PLEASE NOTE: All fish are to be double bagged as per IBC Guidelines, Show Manual,
Section 1, Chapter 2, Paragraph 3, or they will not be shown and will be returned to the sender. PLEASE DO NOT FEED YOUR FISH
AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO SHIPPING.

Walk-in Entries: Must
arrive by 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Thursday, June 24, 2010
Show Fish: 1. All show fish must be accompanied with an entry fee, entry form and return postage for all fish. Please enclose a pre-filled
return label and enough bags for double bagging your return fish. Any fish received without return postage included with be
considered a donation to the host club and will not be returned. ENTRY FEES AND/OR RETURN POSTAGE WILL NOT BE TAKEN FROM AUCTION
OR SWAP SHOP PROCEEDS.
3. Fish brought to the show by the exhibitor must be benched by the exhibitor after registration, and exhibitors
must bag their own fish after the Convention. There will be no mail backs of fish brought to the show by the exhibitor. All
fish must be checked by someone with the host club before they leave the show room.
Convention Auction: 1. No “Auction Only” fish, arts and/or crafts. All items must be entered in the show and must be on a entry form and accompanied
with an entry fee. Any items sent, marked Auction Only, will be placed in the Swap Shop at the minimum bid price.
2. Minimum bid is $3.00 unless a higher minimum bid is specified by the Seller on the entry form.
3. Please be aware that this will be a pay as you go, CASH ONLY auction. We want the auction to go as quickly as possible in
fairness to breeders, buyers and those who need to catch a plane. We will have runners to hand you your fish and collect your
bid. This way we won’t have to stop the auction when people need to check out.
Auction Splits: 50% Entrant, 10% Host Club and 40% IBC
